"Tree of Life"
This February in Vermont, deep in the depths of winter, PhotoPlace Gallery exhibits a bouquet of forty photographs to remind our audience that summer's delights await. The response to the call for photographs for this juried exhibition was overwhelming. Over 150 photographers submitted 859 photographs for consideration.
Because of the remarkable quality and quantity of images submitted, our juror, Sally Apfelbaum, accepted forty photographs for display at PhotoPlace Gallery in February. She then selected an additional thirty-five photographs for display in the On-Line Gallery Annex, to be viewed only on the website.
All seventy-five photographs appear in a small format, full-color catalogue, FLORAL, available for purchase directly from Blurb Books ($20.95 softcover).
Sally Apfelbaum juried the exhibition.
Exhibition dates: Feb. 9 - March 6, 2010
Opening Reception: Saturday, Feb. 13th, 2-4 pm
