Stormy Weather. Photographers battle the elements to obtain some of their most exciting images of the natural world. Rain, snow, sleet, fog, hail, thunderstorms, rainbows, cloudbursts--all these can result in stunning photographs. For Stormy Weather, PhotoPlace Gallery sought photos that remind us of the power and beauty of nature's most spectacular moments. Juror Gary Hart selected a group of photographs for exhibition at PhotoPlace Gallery in July, 2011. He also chose an additional group of photographs for the gallery’s "On-Line Annex." All selected work will be included in a full-color exhibition catalogue available for purchase.
Gallery hours: Tuesdays through Fridays 11-4; Saturdays: 10-2.
